We are led by our Chairman, Mahesh Shah, who has over 50 years experience in the field of medical equipment. We are also supported by our Clinical Director, Dr. Rupal Shah, who is an eminent eye surgeon.

Our Managing Director, Samir Shah, has post-graduate qualifications from IIT, Mumbai, and Carnegie Mellon University, and has over 15 years experience in the medical laser industry. Our Design Manager (Electronics), Bhavesh Ruparelia is an engineering graduate, with extensive experience of electronic hardware and software. Our Design Manager (Opto-Mechanical) is Dr. Narendra Patel, who has a Ph.D in Physics, and who was previously a fellow with the ERDA. Our Quality Management is led by Neelima Kendurkar, who is an electronics graduate who has extensive experience in quality systems management in various organizations.
