Quality of manufacture and service are regarded by us as the key to our future success. Attention to quality starts from the very process of design and development, where we try to ensure that our design meets the needs of customers, and that the engineering design lends itself to manufacturing with high quality with relative ease.

As part of the efforts to improve our quality processes and management, we are trying hard to achieve certification to various quality management and product standards. We are already an ISO 9001:2000 organization. We are currently working hard towards achieving ISO 13485 certification. We are also concurrently working towards getting our products certified to various international standards, so that we have unfettered access to all markets, including regulated markets like the European Community and the United States.
